This picture was taken during a traditional Kejak Dance performance in Ubud, Bali, in one of the innumerable temple compounds. The dancers in pitch darkness around a blazing fire performed the ancient Hindu Ramayana epic. Most impressive was the brave and loyal monkey king Hanoman shown here.
